01Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to every page, training, product, message, and community run by Xpress Tax and Xpress Tax Academy. By registering for a training, buying a product, joining our community, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
02Who we are
Xpress Tax and Xpress Tax Academy are operated by ("Xpress Tax," "we," "us," or "our"), founded by Rasheila Daniels. When these terms say "you," they mean the person using our website or services.
03Free training
Xpress Raise is a free live training. Saving a seat does not cost anything and does not commit you to buy anything. Training dates, times, and links may change. We will send your access link by text and email, and it is for your personal use only. Do not share, record, or redistribute the training without our written permission.
During the training we may present paid programs or services. Any purchase is your choice and is covered by these terms and any program agreement shown at checkout.
04Products and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
Digital products, including The Xpress Client Kit, are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. If your delivery email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
05Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and copied, all sales of digital products are final and are not eligible for a refund once delivered.
If you were charged twice or did not receive what you paid for, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will make it right.
06Digital products and license
When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non transferable license to use it in your own tax business. You may copy, edit, and send the messages and templates to your own clients. You may not resell, share, publish, or give away the product or its contents, in whole or in part, or include them in a product of your own.
07Earnings disclaimer
We do not promise or guarantee any income, clients, or results. Any numbers shared in our trainings, pages, or messages, including Rasheila Daniels' own seasons and client counts, are her personal experience and are not typical or a prediction of what you will earn.
Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market, licensing, and many factors outside our control. Running a tax business involves risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
08Not tax or legal advice
Our trainings, products, and community share business education. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Rules for preparers, EFINs, software, and business entities change and vary by state. Confirm your obligations with the IRS, your state, and a qualified professional before acting.
09Text messages
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Xpress Tax about trainings, reminders, your orders, and our programs. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

10Email
When you register or buy, we will email you about your training, your order, and our programs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages about orders you have placed.
11Community and conduct
Our Telegram group and Skool community are for tax pros to learn and support each other. Be respectful. Do not spam, harass, sell to members without permission, or share other members' information. We may remove anyone from our community, trainings, or programs at our discretion.
12Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our trainings and products, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and templates, belongs to Xpress Tax or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Xpress Tax and Xpress Tax Academy names and logos may not be used without our written permission.
13Third party services
We use trusted third party services to run our trainings and process orders, including Square, GoHighLevel, WebinarFuel, Zoom, Telegram, and Skool. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their services or content.
14Limitation of liability
Our website, trainings, and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xpress Tax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our website, trainings, or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.
15Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Xpress Tax, Rasheila Daniels, and our team from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your use of our content, your business, or your breach of these terms.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of , without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state.
17Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the new terms.
